Conference Funding Reimbursement Request | Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation

Funding requests much be submitted during the academic year, at least 8 weeks prior to the conference. Please allow two weeks for a decision.

Conference funding will only be awarded for conferences, not for training of any kind. Priority will go to students presenting, and involvement in the LSMCE Conference and the NSF ERN Conference. Special circumstances will be considered if 8 weeks’ notice is not given, but it is not guaranteed.

This funding is meant to serve as a supplement towards conference expenses. This service does not guarantee payment of all expenses. Funding allocations are provided on a first come, first served basis (equal amounts are set aside for both fall and spring semesters). Food expenses of any kind will not be considered or awarded. All students who are granted funding through LSAMP must attend all LSAMP workshops.
