Our Programs

Syracuse University Liberty Partnerships Program offers students comprehensive resources through an individualized case management model. Counselors plan, seek, advocate for, and monitor services from various social services for students. We aim to increase the students’ developmental, problem-solving, and coping skills, and provide support during major life transitions. Through middle school after-school programs, high school programs, and summer experience, students in grades 6 through 12 participate in:
